Instead of machinery, horses plough the fields and donkeys keep the weeds in check. The Domaine was certified organic by Ecocert in 2006. The family-owned domain Ledogar has been producing wine over three generations in the Languedoc village of Ferralsles Corbieres, close to the unique terroir of Boutenac. Their 18 hectares of vines include lots of different grape varieties with many plots of old vines (60 to 120 years old!).When Xavier took over the domain in 1998, he decided to convert to organic viticulture with some plots biodynamic.

Wrestler: Doink the Clown The vines are on clay limestone, sandstone and red clay at the edge of a pine forest. The final wine is organic and biodynamic, and has an ABV of 14%.
